Return Policy and Guarantees
At TactGear, customers are our #1 priority. You can always count on friendly, knowledgeable service and E-mail's returned promptly. We want to make sure all your needs are met. Your satisfaction is important to us.
All returns for non-defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is not damaged and all original packaging is complete. All clothes are to be returned unwashed with tags still attached. We do not except returns on close out or items that are being discontinued.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable & a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Cancelled
Order Policy
Tactgear attempts to ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result once an
order is submitted via any method (website, mail, fax, or phone) we will not be
able to cancel your order once it has been processed, nor will we be able to
stop it from shipping. Please note that the customer is making sure that the
order is accurate and returning the package back to Tactgear for a refund.
Tactgear will not be responsible for any orders that cannot be cancelled or
stopped. Any order that needs to be returned are subject to the normal
Return’s Policy.
Incorrect Ship To Addresses, Ordering Incorrect Items, And Requesting Changes To Existing Orders
The customer is responsible
for making sure their order is accurate (shipping address, and items ordered
including sizes, gun fits, colors and quantities). If you do make an error in
ordering and you call or email us prior to the item being processed and shipped,
we can cancel the order and help you with any changes that you might need to
make.
Tactgear can not be responsible for errors made by customers entering wrong
information. We will not reship the order for free, nor pay for the incorrect
items to be shipped back to us. Items needing to be returned are subject to our
Return Policy.
If a customer is in receipt of merchandise that was drop-shipped (merchandise from one of Tactgear's distributors shipped directly to the customer), it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Tactgear regarding the drop-shipped merchandise. We will not be held liable for issuing refunds and/or exchanges on any drop-shipped merchandise that a customer has chosen to return to the distributor. In addition, Tactgear will not be held liable for any missing or damaged items that the customer has chosen to return to the distributor. All drop shipped merchandise must be returned to Tactgear not to the manufacturer.
Note: Almost all of the merchandise that TactGear sells is covered by various manufactures warranties of their own (see documentation accompanying your product or contact us and we will assist you to your satisfaction.
