PowerGrip® fillet knives have full tang stainless steel blades; tempered to hold an edge, yet retain an amazing amount of flex, critical in a good fillet knife. The blades are embedded in a soft Kraton® rubber handle, the perfect grip material for a fillet knife. Kraton® provides a positive, comfortable grip, even when wet.

All of Gerber's fillet knives come with a hard molded plastic sheath for safety and convenience. The PowerGrip® fillet knives have a ceramic sharpener in the tip of the sheath, making edge touch up quick and easy.
