The Echo Jacket has 100% nylon stretch-woven shell w/ poly fleece backing. Fleece backing makes excellent insulated liner or mid-weight stand-alone shell. Water-resistant, windproof and breathable. Zippered exterior chest pocket, integrated pen pocket and custom molded badge tab. Use as a liner for added warmth in our Delta Drop Panel Jacket, Gamma Long Rain Duty Jacket and Halo I Hi-Vis Jacket.
